Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience leading a People Ops team in a high-growth tech environment
  • Experience navigating the challenges of remote-first work
  • Data-driven approach to people decisions using engagement and performance data
  • Familiarity with modern HR tech such as Lattice, Rippling, and Slack
