Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the People Ops roadmap, translating company objectives into scalable programs
• Lead, mentor, and develop the People Ops team, setting clear KPIs and removing blockers
• Oversee IT systems, benefits, compliance, and internal communication during organizational changes

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years in People Ops or HR with a track record of building scalable programs
• 2-3 years of experience leading a People Ops team in a high-growth tech environment
• Experience navigating the challenges of remote-first work
• Data-driven approach to people decisions using engagement and performance data
• Familiarity with modern HR tech such as Lattice, Rippling, and Slack
