Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience leading a People Ops team in a high-growth tech environment
- Experience navigating the challenges of remote-first work
- Data-driven approach to people decisions using engagement and performance data
- Familiarity with modern HR tech such as Lattice, Rippling, and Slack
