Job Summary
Seeking a mission-driven and versatile Director of People Operations, the full-time remote position will manage HR functions, oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, and foster an inclusive company culture while working closely with the management team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR generalist support, including employee relations and policy development
- Develop and manage the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires and design the annual performance review process
Required qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, or People Operations
- Experience in a fast-moving, collaborative, fully remote startup environment
- Familiarity with HR management software; experience with Rippling is a plus
- Extra credit for experience in growth-stage businesses
- Strong ability to coach and advise managers on HR best practices
