Director of People Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a mission-driven and versatile Director of People Operations, the full-time remote position will manage HR functions, oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, and foster an inclusive company culture while working closely with the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR generalist support, including employee relations and policy development
• Develop and manage the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Lead the onboarding process for new hires and design the annual performance review process

Required qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, or People Operations
• Experience in a fast-moving, collaborative, fully remote startup environment
• Familiarity with HR management software; experience with Rippling is a plus
• Extra credit for experience in growth-stage businesses
• Strong ability to coach and advise managers on HR best practices
