Job Summary
Leading the execution of HR Operations strategy, the full-time remote Director of People Operations will oversee the employee lifecycle, optimize HR systems, and drive innovation through automation and analytics to support company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee support
- Optimize the HRIS ecosystem for data integrity and scalable architecture
- Drive people analytics and reporting to translate data into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations with leadership responsibility
- Proven experience with HRIS systems and people analytics in high-growth environments
- Strong track record of building scalable HR processes and driving innovation
- Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- High level of data fluency with the ability to translate insights into action
