Job Summary

Leading the execution of HR Operations strategy, the full-time remote Director of People Operations will oversee the employee lifecycle, optimize HR systems, and drive innovation through automation and analytics to support company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee support
• Optimize the HRIS ecosystem for data integrity and scalable architecture
• Drive people analytics and reporting to translate data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations with leadership responsibility
• Proven experience with HRIS systems and people analytics in high-growth environments
• Strong track record of building scalable HR processes and driving innovation
• Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• High level of data fluency with the ability to translate insights into action
