Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Director of People Operations will enhance HR systems, employee experience, and organizational culture while managing a People Operations Generalist in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement through onboarding, training, and team-building activities
- Serve as a trusted partner to staff and managers, providing guidance on team dynamics and performance management
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, and compensation processes to ensure alignment with organizational values and legal standards
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Experience supporting organizations through significant growth and complexity
- Strong generalist knowledge across core HR disciplines, including employee relations and talent acquisition
- Proven ability to manage and develop employees or small teams
- Alignment with organizational values and a passion for enhancing employee experience and culture
