Director of People Operations

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing People team, the full-time salaried Director of People Operations will design and manage the people operating system, oversee workforce planning and analytics, and lead the AI-native people agenda, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the operating system for the People team, ensuring clear priorities and accountability
• Own workforce planning and people analytics, translating data into actionable insights for leadership
• Lead the AI-forward people strategy, implementing automation and optimizing workflows across HR processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Operations or People Operations in high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data for insights and foresights
• Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and systems
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation in HR or operational workflows
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
