Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Director of People Operations who will partner with the CFO and Operations Team to enhance and scale HR processes, oversee talent acquisition, and refine performance management systems while fostering a cohesive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to set HR priorities and translate strategy into actionable plans
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and improve the recruiting playbook for scalability
- Strengthen and standardize the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on HR leadership experience in a scaling SaaS or tech environment (50-250 employees)
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience in performance management and compensation systems
- Familiarity with HRIS and relevant HR software
- Understanding of remote work culture and team unification
