Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Director of People Operations will manage talent acquisition processes, design scalable people systems, and cultivate a culture of engagement and growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and managing candidate experiences
- Design and implement people systems for onboarding, retention, and performance management
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning to meet business needs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce settings
- 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record in hiring across various roles including marketing and leadership
- Experience with contractor classification, employment law, and building scalable people systems
