Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Director of People Operations will manage talent acquisition processes, design scalable people systems, and cultivate a culture of engagement and growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and managing candidate experiences
  • Design and implement people systems for onboarding, retention, and performance management
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning to meet business needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce settings
  • 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record in hiring across various roles including marketing and leadership
  • Experience with contractor classification, employment law, and building scalable people systems
