Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Director of People Operations, this remote position will manage day-to-day people operations, oversee employee lifecycle processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring compliance and enhancing employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day People Operations function, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, and employment practices
- Experience managing 401(k) programs and working with benefits providers
- Proven ability to coach managers and influence leaders across various organizational levels
- Hands-on experience in creating exceptional employee experiences
- Proactive attitude towards leveraging AI for operational improvements
