Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Director of People Operations, this remote position will manage day-to-day people operations, oversee employee lifecycle processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring compliance and enhancing employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day People Operations function, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, and employment practices
• Experience managing 401(k) programs and working with benefits providers
• Proven ability to coach managers and influence leaders across various organizational levels
• Hands-on experience in creating exceptional employee experiences
• Proactive attitude towards leveraging AI for operational improvements
