Director of People Operations

Job Summary

Driving operational execution and compliance in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Director of People Operations will oversee HR priorities, manage global compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the People function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of People strategy by building governance structures and managing vendor relationships within the HR technology stack
• Identify and resolve operational challenges while driving the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation workflows across the People function
• Ensure HR compliance across all operating countries, maintaining the global employee handbook and overseeing compliance audits

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR operations or business operations with a focus on strategy execution in global organizations
• Multi-country HR compliance experience across at least 3 jurisdictions, with knowledge of statutory employment requirements
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and manage HR system and vendor relationships effectively
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience influencing stakeholders across various departments
• Track record in driving AI adoption within a team or function, including hands-on experience with automation workflows
