Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction of People Operations and Total Rewards, the full-time remote Director of People Operations will manage HR operations, compliance, and technology governance while partnering with executive leadership to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of HR services, ensuring compliance and optimizing processes and technology
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage key vendor relationships to enhance employee experience
  • Develop scalable programs that align with business objectives and support organizational capability
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in HR service delivery and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR technology
  • Ability to maintain a reliable internet connection to perform remote job duties effectively
