Director of People Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a commercially focused Director of People Operations, the full-time remote role will lead complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions while partnering with recruitment, L&D, and reward, and coaching managers on people matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex employee relations cases across the UK, US, and EU
• Partner with various teams throughout the employee lifecycle to ensure compliance and fair outcomes
• Provide coaching and pragmatic guidance to managers on people-related issues

Required qualifications

• Strong international employee relations experience in the US, UK, and ideally some EU
• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with strong judgment
• Experience in stakeholder management and influencing at all organizational levels
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments while balancing risk and commercial outcomes
• Hands-on approach with a pace-driven mindset focused on practical people solutions
