Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Director of Talent, Hiring & People Operations will manage talent acquisition processes, develop scalable people systems, and enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee recruiting pipeline management, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Design and implement people systems for onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee retention
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and capacity planning to align talent with business goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven ability to build scalable systems for talent attraction and retention
  • Strong experience with distributed and remote teams
  • Data-driven decision-making skills to measure success and guide strategies
