Job Summary
To scale HR Operations for company growth, the full-time remote Director of People Operations will lead a team focused on operational excellence, automation, and change management, driving the transition from manual processes to data-informed, automated workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and redesign People Ops workflows to incorporate automation and AI tools, improving efficiency and accuracy
- Manage and develop a team of HR Operations professionals, setting performance expectations and fostering skill development in automation and operational efficiency
- Oversee the execution of HR operational strategies and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, particularly in high-growth environments
- Proven track record in leading operational transformations and implementing AI tools within HR
- Strong people management experience, including performance management and coaching through change
- Familiarity with HR systems and technology, including HRIS and workflow automation tools
- Solid understanding of HR compliance, SOX requirements, and global employment law fundamentals
