Job Summary
Empowering a growing team, the full-time remote Director of Talent, Hiring & People Operations will lead talent acquisition efforts, optimize people systems, and partner with leadership to foster a culture of growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting pipelines, source candidates, and conduct interviews to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants
- Design and implement people systems for onboarding, retention, and performance management aligned with company growth objectives
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to leadership, enhancing decision-making and workforce effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or a related field, preferably in a fast-growing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven ability to build scalable systems for talent attraction, development, and retention
- Strong experience with distributed and remote teams
- Ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success
