Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time salaried Director of People Operations will oversee the execution of the people roadmap, manage the People Ops and HRBP teams, and ensure high-quality employee experiences throughout the lifecycle while actively utilizing AI tools in operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the People Ops Manager and HRBP team, ensuring high performance and effective feedback
- Own the execution of the people roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and clear communication of priorities
- Oversee the HRBP function, coaching on complex employee situations and ensuring effective business partnerships
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in People/HR, with direct experience managing HRBPs or People partners
- Broad functional expertise across performance, compliance, employee experience, and talent development
- Proven ability to drive execution through others while maintaining strategic direction
- Experience as an active user of AI tools in HR operations
- Strong communication skills to represent the People function credibly with managers and executive leadership
