Director of People Operations

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time salaried Director of People Operations will oversee the execution of the people roadmap, manage the People Ops and HRBP teams, and ensure high-quality employee experiences throughout the lifecycle while actively utilizing AI tools in operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the People Ops Manager and HRBP team, ensuring high performance and effective feedback
• Own the execution of the people roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and clear communication of priorities
• Oversee the HRBP function, coaching on complex employee situations and ensuring effective business partnerships

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in People/HR, with direct experience managing HRBPs or People partners
• Broad functional expertise across performance, compliance, employee experience, and talent development
• Proven ability to drive execution through others while maintaining strategic direction
• Experience as an active user of AI tools in HR operations
• Strong communication skills to represent the People function credibly with managers and executive leadership
