Director of People Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Director of People Operations will serve as the strategic leader for People Operations and People Systems, focusing on data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap for the HR technology ecosystem, ensuring effective implementation and integration
• Own the HRIS as the single source of truth for employee data, driving automation and data accuracy
• Lead the AI-forward evolution within People processes and operations, championing continuous improvement and experimentation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive People Operations experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
• Deep experience with global HRIS platforms, including implementation and optimization
• Proven track record of designing scalable People processes that enhance efficiency and employee experience
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation in People operations
• Strong project management and analytical skills, with proficiency in HR reporting and dashboarding
