Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, People Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a team of People Business Partners to deliver proactive HR partnership across the business
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating business goals into workforce plans and impactful people outcomes
  • Drive talent management programs and lead organizational design and change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in HR Business Partnership or organizational development
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing HRBP teams and coaching senior leaders
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations and change initiatives
  • Strong data literacy experience using people analytics to drive decisions
