Director of People Strategy

Job Summary

Operating remotely in a full-time capacity, the Director of People Strategy will lead the development and execution of people strategies aligned with business goals, oversee team management and organizational design, and provide HR advisory services to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a coherent People agenda, anticipating workforce impacts and advising on organizational design
• Manage and mentor team members while overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Leverage people analytics and AI insights to identify workforce trends and make data-driven recommendations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building people strategy and organizational culture, with a proven track record of driving major change
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of relevant experience and education
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
• Experience with executive-level communication and internal communications strategy
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in people and operations work
