Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Director of People Strategy will partner with managers to enhance leadership effectiveness, develop performance management processes, and intentionally shape company culture while driving HR initiatives that scale with growth.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to navigate challenges and enhance leadership skills
- Design and implement a comprehensive manager development program
- Oversee the performance review process and coach managers on meaningful compensation discussions
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in coaching managers and influencing leaders at all organizational levels
- Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation, and employment practices
- Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude towards leveraging AI in HR
- Passion for creating exceptional employee experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
