Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Performance Creative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end omnichannel creative strategy and translate performance data into executive-ready narratives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Strategists while ensuring quality standards for creative outputs
  • Architect creative testing roadmaps and conduct performance analysis to drive actionable insights


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in digital creative strategy within performance marketing
  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing team members
  • Strong background in Direct Response marketing and/or copywriting
  • Experience working across CPG and eCommerce brands
  • Hands-on experience with performance analysis tools and ad management platforms
