Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Performance Creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end omnichannel creative strategy and translate performance data into executive-ready narratives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Strategists while ensuring quality standards for creative outputs
- Architect creative testing roadmaps and conduct performance analysis to drive actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital creative strategy within performance marketing
- Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing team members
- Strong background in Direct Response marketing and/or copywriting
- Experience working across CPG and eCommerce brands
- Hands-on experience with performance analysis tools and ad management platforms
