Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Performance & Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the enterprise talent and performance strategy, including frameworks for performance, succession, and career development
- Lead engagement measurement and recognition strategies to foster connection and improve performance outcomes
- Create and maintain a talent management scorecard, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive organizational results
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in talent management or performance management
- Proven experience with designing and implementing performance and talent strategies within Workday
- Strong analytical capability with experience in developing dashboards and interpreting data
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
