Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Performance & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and enhance the enterprise talent and performance strategy, including frameworks for performance, succession, and career development
  • Lead engagement measurement and recognition strategies to foster connection and improve performance outcomes
  • Create and maintain a talent management scorecard, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive organizational results


Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in talent management or performance management
  • Proven experience with designing and implementing performance and talent strategies within Workday
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in developing dashboards and interpreting data
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
