Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Performance & Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the enterprise talent and performance strategy, including frameworks for performance, succession, and career development
- Lead enterprise engagement measurement and action planning to enhance connection and performance
- Create and maintain a talent management scorecard, utilizing data and analytics for decision-making and program improvement
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in talent management or performance management
- Proven experience designing and implementing performance and talent strategies within Workday
- Strong understanding of modern talent and performance best practices
- Experience leveraging HR technology and analytics for insights and improvements
