Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Performance & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the enterprise talent and performance strategy, including frameworks for performance, succession, and career development
  • Lead enterprise engagement measurement and action planning to enhance connection and performance
  • Create and maintain a talent management scorecard, utilizing data and analytics for decision-making and program improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in talent management or performance management
  • Proven experience designing and implementing performance and talent strategies within Workday
  • Strong understanding of modern talent and performance best practices
  • Experience leveraging HR technology and analytics for insights and improvements
