Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a standardized reporting framework to measure and communicate market share performance
  • Define and maintain metrics, baselines, targets, and performance indicators for enterprise-wide performance management
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment between performance metrics and business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent of 7+ years in Managed Care or Medicare
  • 10+ years of operational experience with Managed Care and/or Medicare
  • Strong experience in performance measurement, reporting, and analytics translation
  • Knowledge of applicable state, federal, and third-party regulations
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
