Job Summary

Leading the development of a centralized data and analytics capability, the remote Director of Performance Management will manage a multidisciplinary team to transform performance management and reporting across the commercial organization, ensuring actionable insights drive decision-making and performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the centralized Performance Management, Advanced Analytics and Reporting Hub for the global Commercial organization
  • Develop a high-performing team of business partners and technical experts, fostering a collaborative culture
  • Transform analytics and reporting capabilities into a self-service model, leveraging modern data platforms and AI tools
Required qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred
  • 10-15+ years in data, analytics, or strategy roles, ideally within pharma or healthcare
  • Proven experience leading analytics transformation initiatives towards scalable, self-service ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
  • Experience delivering end-to-end analytics ecosystems and exposure to advanced analytics and AI use cases
