Director of Performance Management
Job Summary
To ensure effective performance measurement and reporting, the full-time remote Director of Performance Management will define, implement, and monitor standardized metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop a standardized reporting framework to measure and communicate market share performance
- Define and maintain performance metrics and indicators to support enterprise-wide management
- Collaborate with analytics and IT teams to ensure data integrity and usability in performance reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in Managed Care or Medicare (7+ years)
- 10+ years of operational experience in Managed Care and/or Medicare
- Strong experience in performance measurement, reporting, and analytics translation
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to foster cross-team relationships
- Knowledge of applicable state, federal, and third-party regulations
