A company is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to lead paid growth strategy for MrBeast.Store.

Key Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across various channels and develop an acquisition roadmap
• Manage external media agency and ensure alignment with performance targets and strategy
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop performance-focused campaigns and oversee reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience in ecommerce or consumer brands
• Proven experience scaling paid media programs with multi-million dollar budgets
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Experience with testing frameworks and managing creative pipelines
• Agency management or in-house leadership experience required
