Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to lead paid media and performance marketing strategy for patient marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the paid media and performance marketing strategy across the full DTC funnel
  • Build and manage a high-performing team and oversee performance and brand paid media programs
  • Implement measurement frameworks and report on channel performance to drive scalable growth
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of related professional experience
  • 8+ years owning in-house DTC performance marketing programs with $50M+ annual budgets
  • 5+ years managing people, including at least 2+ years managing a team of 3+
  • Proven track record of driving growth in user acquisition from paid media DTC channels
  • Expertise in marketing measurement approaches such as marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing
