Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the paid media strategy and budget, optimizing for performance and return on ad spend
- Lead website performance and digital engagement strategies to enhance conversion rates and user experience

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep experience in B2B vertical SaaS marketing and managing pipeline and revenue targets
- Proven expertise in AI-native and agentic search strategies
- Demonstrated success in managing significant budgets for paid media across various platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building attribution models and data-driven decision-making
