Job Summary
Leading paid client acquisition activation, the full-time remote Director of Performance Marketing will manage planning, creative, media, and test-and-learn programs to drive measurable business impact while collaborating with various teams to develop insight-driven campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of client acquisition activation across paid channels, ensuring alignment with campaign goals
- Design and execute test-and-learn initiatives to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign priorities and ensure cohesive execution across channels
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or integrated marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience executing multi-channel acquisition campaigns across creative and media partners
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Experience supporting or running digital-first testing and optimization programs
