Job Summary

Owning the direct-to-patient acquisition engine for Medicaid and Medicare, the full-time remote Director of Performance Marketing will manage paid, earned, and owned channels, oversee media budgets, and drive efficient patient acquisition through strategic campaign management and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute media strategy and budget allocation across various paid channels while optimizing for cost efficiency and volume
  • Build and maintain measurement infrastructure to track conversion metrics, ensuring accurate attribution and reporting of CAC and LTV:CAC
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance conversion rates through experimentation and optimize automation in the acquisition process
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing with direct ownership of media budgets
  • Proven track record of reducing CAC and increasing CAC-to-LTV across multiple channels
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Search/PMax and paid social, along with experience in landing-page optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in attribution, cohort analysis, and measurement infrastructure like CDP and SQL/Snowflake
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries, with knowledge of HIPAA and patient outreach best practices
