Job Summary

Leading a team of 8-10, the full-time Director of Performance Marketing will manage digital marketing strategies across all channels, focusing on audience development, engagement, and analytics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Set the vision and lead digital marketing strategies for audience engagement across various channels
  • Develop and implement full-funnel acquisition campaigns while optimizing retention and customer lifecycle initiatives
  • Analyze program performance and industry trends to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decisions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree
  • Expert knowledge of digital technology vendors and platforms, including Google Analytics and SQL
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience in project and campaign management within a fast-paced environment
