Job Summary
To support rapid growth, the full-time remote Director of Performance Marketing will own the strategy and results for Shopify and TikTok Shop, aiming to scale combined revenue to over $20M within 18 months while managing traffic acquisition, funnel optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to achieve specified revenue and margin targets
- Launch and optimize new marketing funnels and campaigns monthly, focusing on conversion rates and customer lifetime value
- Lead a cross-functional team, ensuring clear ownership and effective execution of ecommerce strategies
Required qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, particularly with Shopify and paid social
- Proven success in scaling ecommerce brands beyond $20M in revenue
- Expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads, along with experience using Klaviyo and Postscript
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing
- Ability to lead a remote team effectively with structured communication and accountability
