Job Summary
As the Director of Performance Marketing, this full-time remote position will own the strategy and results for scaling Shopify and TikTok Shop, aiming for over $20M in combined revenue within 18 months while managing a cross-functional team and optimizing performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to achieve revenue and margin targets while launching new high-converting funnels monthly
- Optimize paid traffic and customer nurture strategies to meet strict ROAS thresholds and drive significant email and SMS contributions to revenue
- Lead a cross-functional ecommerce team, establishing ownership and operational rhythms to ensure high performance and accountability
Required qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, particularly with Shopify and paid social
- Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands beyond $20M in revenue
- Expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads, along with hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Postscript
- Strong understanding of funnel optimization, including bundles and upsells
- Ability to lead a remote team effectively while maintaining clear communication and operational excellence
