Job Summary

To lead a high-performing team in consultative sales, the full-time remote Director of Performance Marketing will manage recruitment, coaching, and development of Senior Performance Marketing Sales Consultants while ensuring the execution of sales methodologies and improving overall sales performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Senior Performance Marketing Sales Consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and client success
  • Oversee the execution of consultative sales methodologies, ensuring quality in discovery processes, proposals, and implementation plans
  • Own pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy while identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement within the sales organization
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or related industries
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with consultative sales teams
  • Proven success in coaching sellers through complex solution-based sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid search and customer acquisition
  • Experience in building scalable sales processes and developing high-performing sales organizations
