Job Summary
Leading the digital growth engine, the full-time remote Director of Performance Marketing will manage the end-to-end digital media strategy across paid media, SEO/GEO, and conversion rate optimization to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the performance marketing strategy across various channels including SEM, SEO, and paid social
- Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition campaigns, continuously testing new audiences and creative strategies
- Drive retention and lifecycle marketing programs to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong track record in B2C and B2B growth
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization platforms such as Optimizely or VWO
- Preferred background in ecommerce or logistics, with 3PL experience being a significant plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
