Job Summary
Driving the growth of Shopify and TikTok Shop, the full-time remote Director of Performance Media will own the P&L, develop strategies to scale revenue to over $20M, and lead a cross-functional team to optimize performance and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to achieve $20M+ in combined revenue within 18 months
- Launch one new high-converting bundle-based funnel per month while optimizing traffic and conversion metrics
- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive customer retention and lifetime value through email and SMS channels
Required qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, particularly with Shopify and paid social advertising
- Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands past $20M in revenue
- Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads, along with hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Postscript
- Strong background in revenue and profitability management, including LTV optimization and funnel strategies
- Experience leading remote teams and managing cross-functional projects effectively
