Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of PBM Network Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute pharmacy network strategies to meet client and organizational needs across various programs
• Negotiate contractual terms with providers and enhance pharmacy participation agreements
• Monitor compliance with government regulations and ensure accreditation requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of two years' experience in a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) role
• At least two years' experience in contract negotiations
• Previous personnel supervisory experience required
• Valid driver's license required
