Director of Pharmacy Contracting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Network Pharmacy Contracting, to oversee provider networks and cost management activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain business relationships with pharmacies to ensure competitive network composition
• Develop pharmacy networks that achieve cost performance objectives and provide broad access
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts while monitoring provider financial performance

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare contracting with accountability for business results
• 5+ years of pharmacy or PBM contract management experience
• 5+ years of experience in product pricing and financial modeling
• 3+ years of experience managing a medical cost and administrative budget
• Experience leading a team of direct reports and interacting with executive leadership
