Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Pharmacy Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of data science professionals focused on AI, forecasting, and machine learning
• Drive innovation by embedding advanced insights into the Pharmacy product suite and collaborating cross-functionally
• Lead the development of AI/ML capabilities and engage with stakeholders to position data science as a core driver of business value

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• MS in Mathematics, Biostatistics, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare advanced insights, particularly in Medicaid and pharmacy
• Deep expertise in AI/ML methodologies and cognitive analytics
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to translate complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven understanding of healthcare regulations and experience with healthcare data systems
