Director of Pharmacy Networks
Job Summary
To lead pharmacy network strategy and underwriting capabilities, the full-time remote Director of Pharmacy Networks will manage network performance, oversee financial modeling, and ensure competitive pharmacy benefit solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead network strategy, performance management, and contracting to optimize pharmacy access and client satisfaction
- Oversee the development of PBM underwriting methodology and financial modeling for new business and renewals
- Analyze network performance against contractual guarantees and financial commitments to recommend corrective actions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare, underwriting, or network management
- Demonstrated expertise in PBM financial modeling and pharmacy network economics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
