A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Development - Pharmacy and Emerging Therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee solution development and commercialization of high-impact products to create new income sources
• Evaluate ideas within the Innovation process and define success metrics through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with commercial partners to enhance market leadership

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, product management, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of related experience in lifecycle product management
• Progressively responsible experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare is preferred
• Strong research and analytical skills to track trends and develop business cases
• Experience managing and leading complex cross-functional projects
