Director of Pharmacy Supply Chain

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing telehealth operation, the full-time salaried Director of Pharmacy Supply Chain will manage daily operations, establish planning processes, and lead a multidisciplinary team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the operating cadence for sales and operations planning, ensuring timely and accurate demand inputs
• Turn forecasts into partner-ready visibility for fulfillment partners and procurement, enhancing production planning
• Lead and develop a team across various supply chain functions, establishing clarity of ownership and reducing key-person risk

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in supply chain, operations, or production management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Experience scaling high-volume operations during rapid growth in sectors like mail-order pharmacy or regulated manufacturing
• Strong command of demand and supply planning, with a proven track record of building planning cadences
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Product or Engineering on operational tooling and process improvements
