Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Philanthropy (Gift Agreement Program).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic plans and manage stakeholder relationships
• Oversee a comprehensive gift agreement program and ensure compliance with regulations
• Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance donor engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of eight years of experience in relevant fields such as fundraising or public relations
• At least four years of supervisory experience required
• Experience in philanthropic administration and compliance is essential
• Successful completion of specific leadership programs may substitute for some supervisory experience
