Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Philanthropy (Gift Agreement Program).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic plans and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Oversee a comprehensive gift agreement program and ensure compliance with regulations
• Build collaborative relationships and coordinate with various teams to support donor engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of eight years of experience in fundraising, non-profit, or related fields
• Four years of supervisory experience required
• Experience in philanthropic administration and compliance management
• Successful completion of specific leadership programs may substitute for supervisory experience
