Director of Philanthropy

Job Summary

To support a growing philanthropic movement, the full-time Director of Philanthropy will lead fundraising efforts, manage donor relationships, and activate a community of approximately 100 high-net-worth individuals and family foundations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Drive philanthropic revenue by identifying and developing a donor pipeline and closing gifts
• Steward and strengthen RIVET's donor community through effective communication and programming
• Activate donors as a force for organizational growth by designing meaningful engagement experiences

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising and donor engagement strategies
• Strong background in building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family foundations
• Ability to design and implement engagement programs that resonate with diverse donor audiences
• Experience working collaboratively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Passion for youth-led philanthropic initiatives and community-building efforts
