Director of Physical Security Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Physical Security Programs, Policy, and Assurance (Hyperscale).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a governance framework for Global Physical Security (GPS) in hyperscale environments
• Align GPS policies with compliance standards and lead internal assurance activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy adoption and manage physical security initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in physical security programs within complex environments
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional program leadership and policy governance
• Experience with ISO 27001/27701, SOC 2, PCI, and NIST PE controls
• Experience managing project management offices (PMOs) and project managers
• Bachelor's degree in security management, information systems, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
