Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Physician Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement compensation strategies and models for physicians and APPs
• Manage and oversee all aspects of physician and APP compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations and organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Eight years of compensation design experience in healthcare, with 5-7 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of compensation methodologies and market trends
• Solid foundation in understanding and analysis of business financials
• Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
