Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale programs that drive repeat physician participation
• Develop insights strategy and deliver high-quality, actionable outputs
• Create a scalable advisory board network and define physician content engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years in physician engagement, insights, or pharma programs
• Proven track record of driving HCP engagement
• Deep understanding of physician behavior and engagement design skills
• Ability to build repeatable systems and product intuition around UX
• Builder mentality with a curious and analytical approach
