Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of physician and advanced practice professional recruitment strategies, the full-time remote Director of Physician Recruitment will manage the provider recruitment team, build partnerships with medical and operational leaders, and drive continuous improvement through data and market insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies for physicians and APPs, aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide oversight of full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong partnerships with leadership
  • Use metrics and analytics to monitor recruitment effectiveness and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare, provider recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience with team management and financial accountability
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing recruitment strategies for physicians and APPs
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, credentialing, and provider workforce dynamics
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and improve recruitment performance
