A company is looking for a Director of Physician & Clinician Workforce Services to serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients on physician compensation programs and pay administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and discovery to assess compensation models and administrative workflows
• Provide expert advisory services on physician compensation administration and governance
• Develop customized service deliverables, including reference materials and client documentation

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; bachelor's degree required in clinical, healthcare administration, business, or related field
• Substantial, practical experience in physician compensation administration within healthcare organizations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, compensation governance, and compliance
• Proven ability to manage diverse client relationships and adapt recommendations to varied organizational contexts
• Remote position but must be located within the US
